HBO is ordering a second season of new series “True Blood” after just two episodes.
The series, which follows the adventures of vampires in New Orleans, will go back into production early next year in anticipation of a new batch of episodes for the summer of 2009.
While the premiere episode of the series received a modest audience, HBO cited an “unprecedented” 24% increase in viewers for the second installment. In addition, the “Blood” premiere drew 4 million when additional runs of the that episode were tallied.
“We are absolutely thrilled that the critics and our viewers have embraced ‘True Blood,’” said Michael Lombardo, president of programming group and West Coast operations at HBO. “Alan Ball has done it again–made an addictive series that is unlike any other.”
“I am thrilled to be able to continue to work with such a talented group of writers, cast and crew to explore the characters and world created by Charlaine Harris in her novels,” said Alan Ball, executive producer of “Blood.”

I expected it, but good to hear. Saw some clips from it the other day on YouTube. At least that’ll keep Anna busy next year, as she doesn’t appear to have anything else on the go at the moment, with Metamorphosis being just a rumour at the moment. Good luck with it, Anna.

Crystal, do you believe the rumours about Anna and Stephen? Would she really go out with someone 11 years her senior?
I’ve got to be honest, I’d rather it was Stephen than Kieran. Plus, Stephen’s British too, like I am!

I don’t know if it’s true, but I read some rumors that say that they are dating since the pilot!, it must be over a year, isn’t it?
I saw a photo of Anna in Flickr in the premier of Righteous Kill in UK, does anybody know something about it? bacause i can`t find anything more than that photo.

It says in that link in the next article that Crystal’s put up for us to magazine h’s intervew with her that she’s taking a vacation to Europe. So that must explain why she was in London the other week, Degigia. But is Stephen with her, i do wonder?

A friend of mine told me that it was taken while Anna was with Stephen Moyer in London. Apparently Anna said in early september that she and a friend was going to have a vacation in Europe…We know now of course that they are more than friends.

I just love the series. I wonder how difficult it must be to play such a role. She’s so honest and true. People aren’t really like that, for the most part. It’d be great if people could watch and learn….just be yourself, for f’s sake!! LOL And enjoy life!
